Muktar founded the firm in 2023 with a vision of a practice that pairs professionalism with an in-depth understanding of current and emerging legal issues in Kenya and beyond. A Certified Secretary and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he advises boards, public bodies and private enterprises on governance, compliance and complex commercial matters.

Cleophas heads the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a certified mediator and holder of an MSc in Tax Administration, he represents clients before courts, tribunals and arbitral panels, with particular depth in tax and commercial disputes.

Mohamed is a Partner at the firm, advising individual and corporate clients with a practical, solutions-driven approach. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver precise, dependable counsel.
